Who can apply
You don't need to be a Paradigm Housing resident to apply for a grant.
If your project is based in the region the Paradigm Housing has homes, then you're also eligible.
This means that we will accept applications from:
All Paradigm Housing residents
If you’re living in one of our 14,000 homes, you’re able to apply for all types of Individual or Group grant.
Voluntary, community or not-for-profit groups
Organisations do not need to be a registered charity, but should have proof that they meet charitable needs. They’ll also need to give us details of a bank account that is registered in the organisation’s name.
Parish and local authorities
We welcome grant applications from both parish and local authorities. These will need to be over and above their statutory responsibilities. They must also be working in partnership with local communities.
Faith-based groups
Project aims must meet the wider economic and social needs of the local community.
