- Make sure you fill in the form with as much detail as you can
- Send us your completed application
- Once you've sent us your completed application
- You'll then need to wait until we've said yes or no to your grant application
- We'll then let you know the outcome
- Once you've got your grant, we may arrange to meet you
Visit the Grants page
You’ll need to click on the Individual or Group grant, depending on whether you’re applying for yourself or on behalf of a group or association. If you are applying for a grant over £5,000 then you’ll need to fill in an Expression of interest first.
Fill in the correct application form
There are two different types of grant that you can apply for:
- An Individual grant where Paradigm residents can apply for up to £1,500 worth of funding
- A Group grant, if you are part of a group or organization – where we can award up to £5,000.
If you’re looking to apply for over £5,000, you will first need to fill in an Expression of interest form.
Make sure you fill in the form with as much detail as you can
The more information that you give us, the more likely that we will award you with the funding that you need.
You’ll also need to include copies of any extra information about what you will use the grant money for. Without this, we won’t be able to look at your application.
Send us your completed application
You can do this in three different ways:
- Complete an online form
- Download a form from the grant application pages. Print out a hard copy and fill in. Send your completed form to our head office
- Email your completed form to mailto:enquiries@paradigmfoundation.org.uk with the subject line ‘Paradigm Foundation application’.
We would like to remind you that if you send us an application that is not finished properly, we will not be able to consider it.
Once you've sent us your completed application
We will let you know that we’ve got your application within seven working days.
You'll then need to wait until we've said yes or no to your grant application
This can take up to 10 weeks from the date we receive your application.
We'll then let you know the outcome
If we approve your grant, you’ll receive an email from us, which will let you know what happens next and when you can expect to receive your grant.
Most grants we give are sent as a cheque.
If we say no to your grant application, we’ll let you know within 12 weeks. But if we think you need to make any changes that could give you a better chance of receiving a grant, we’ll give you a heads up. You’ll then be able to reapply.
Once you've got your grant, we may arrange to meet you
This will give us the chance to have a chat about your grant and maybe even take a photo or two to send to the local press.
By letting others know about the Paradigm Foundation, it gives more and more people that chance to apply for a grant – which means that we are able to help out those in need.
