Photography empowering people

Posted on the 31st July 2017

A Paradigm resident had set up a photography project and was running workshops with the Oasis Partnership which helps people who have drug and alcohol problems. The course is designed to increase confidence, reduce anxiety and boost communications skills, incorporating group and individual work as well as showing clients ways to market the images.

Our grant has enabled him to finish his photography course and buy equipment to run his workshops and teach photography to disadvantaged groups of people.

We’re delighted to see this resident using his skills to help others.

Amount Awarded: £1,000
